Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping within Germany

We ship all domestic orders via standard carriers (e.g. DHL). Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping

We ship to countries within Europe (including UK). Delivery times vary between 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs & Import Duties

For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
