Terms and Conditions (T&C)

§ 1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online store of Individuation Clothing (Owner: Batu Kian Ercan, Sandberg 69f, 25335 Elmshorn, Germany).

§ 2 Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer. By submitting an order, the customer makes a binding offer. Acceptance occurs through an order confirmation via email.

§ 3 Prices and Payment

All prices include statutory VAT. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

§ 4 Delivery

Delivery is made to the shipping address provided by the customer. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout.

§ 5 Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party designated by the customer takes possession of the goods.

Statutory warranty rights apply.

§ 7 Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
